Kanban board is most effective tool for project team members. ZilicusPM provides a separate home page for team members to view Kanban board for different projects. An individual can visualize project activities assigned to him/her are in different states. ZiliusPM makes it simpler for team member to move card (project activity) from one state to another by using drag & drop of a mouse.
