Project Portfolio Management Software - ZilicusPM

Organizations managing portfolio of projects will now be able to define, effectively track and manage project portfolio using ZilicusPM.

All project access for Administrators & portfolio managers

ZilicusPM lets you define special access for users with roles as Administrators and Portfolio Manager to access all projects in a given organization. This acess is almost similar to the one available CEO of company (project organization hierarchy).

Creating minutes of meeting & action item for pre-dated meeting

The upcoming version will let you schedule a meeting for dates in the past. Few of our customers requested this functionality in order to create Minutes of Meeting (MoM) and track action items despite of the meeting being conducted in earlier date. In this case, email invite will not be sent to participants and meeting organizer will be able to create MoM& action items at the time of creating meeting.

Attaching documents to discussion post

This was slightly missing piece to complete discussion board functionality - to allow users upload documents/ attach link to new discussion or responses.

Task list report showing tasks with un-assigned resources

We have introduces another filter element to show project tasks without any resource assigned tho them. It will help project managers to quickly identify those tasks which are missed out- have not assigned any resource.

Leave approval emails to project manager

ZilicusPM will send email to project manager(s) when a resource submits leave application and his/her reporting manager approves the same. The idea is to keep concerned project managers informed so that they can identify possible impact.

Additional New Reports

Additional reports have been introduced in this version to

1. Track timesheet entries grouped by customers showing Resources > Project > Tasks > Comments > Hours

2. Expense reports for individual can be exported to PDF files (including image of receipts) available for 'Un-submitted', 'Submitted' and 'Approved' expense sheets.

There have been few bug fixes beside new features and enhancements.
