Resource Load Check

Before you assign tasks to your project team member, you can check how far a resource is loaded at a given time. Now this 'what-if' way of knowing resource load has been enhanced to show you daywise load for the duration across all projects. It will certainly help you in making an informed decision.

Project Portfolio Tracking & Management

While initiating new projects, you can specify which portfolio a given project belongs to, say - New Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, Online-Marketing, etc. You can track these projects belonging to specific portfolio using ZilicusPM.

A portfolio level filtering for - Portfolio Status Report as well as Project Variance Report, timesheet reports, etc has been introduced in this version. Thus you can view reports only for those project(s) which you would like to view.

Project Portfolio Management Software Enhanced Collaboration with Customers Currently ZilicusPM lets you collaborate with your customer. Your customers can be invited to the projects you are managing. Now ZilicusPM has enhanced customer collaboration further and you will be able to assign tasks to your customer users along with your project team members.

  • Track Project Schedule by Printing Gantt Chart (or save as PDF) and Export Project Schedule to Excel
  • Export Risk Register to Excel/spreadsheet - thus you can save all important risk data like custom fields, probability, impact, response, contingency plan and mitigation plan for offline or compliance submission purpose.
  • Task Collaboration - Get real time notification of task comments added by team members by setting email preferences
  • Resource Timesheet Tracking - you can filter timesheet reports for date range, projects, and resources.

The way forward -

In next quarter, the next release of ZilicusPM will introduce improved project planning, external resource tracking & management and other features. Subsequently the major version of ZilicusPM will introduce interface support for multiple languages like French, Spanish and German among others, it will also support agile methodology along with public APIs.
