Configurable Email Setting

You don't want to flood your team members inboxes when you assign tasks to them, fair enough - ZilicusPM lets you configure email setting so that you can decide when assignment emails should be sent. You can also configure

• Emails when task due date is passed
• Emails when task is completed
• Emails when 'Due Date' for issue has passed
• Emails when 'Due Date' for risk has passed
• Other assignment & resolution configurations

Co-branding

You can upload your company logo in ZilicusPM to display just adjacent to log-off button. So whenever your organization's user will login, he/she will be able to see your company logo in the ZilicusPM application.

Customize Projects

For Projects, you can manage custom fields to capture more information about projects in your organization. You can add upto five fields for projects. For example, you may want to add a field as 'Project Release Stream' a Pickup list field as shown in adjacent image.

Customize Issues

In case of Issues, you can customize it, to capture information beside out-of-the-box fields provided by ZilicusPM. You can add upto five fields for issues to capture more information for issue. For example, you may want to add a custom field 'Expected Resolution Date' of type 'Date', once it is created & enabled; all users in your organization can see & update this field through Issue Management module.

Customize Users fields

ZilicusPM has numerous fields to capture users details. You can check these fields. But beside these default/system provided fields, your company may have specific details to be captured for each of your users/employees. You can use ZilciusPM to align with such requirement. For example, you can add Employee Number (as a Number field) or Employee's Alternate Contact Number, etc.

Customizable Types of Fields

You can create custom field of any one of following types

• Text
• Number
• Date
• Pickup List

For each of these types, you can have advance control over it; for example, if you want to create custom Project field as 'Admin Expenses': You can specify number decimal places, minimum value and maximum value for the field. Users with appropriate access can view this field only if it is Enabled. And if they have permisison to modify it, value entered by them will be validated against these conditions specified by you.
Similarly you can add Pickup List type of custom field. It is quite easy to create pickup list. You can create pickuplist field within a minute if you refer to the note. Refer to the adjacent image where a field named 'Release' has been created of type Pickup List.

ZilicusPM and Google Apps

With the integration of Google Apps, ZilicusPM is available at Google Apps Marketplace. Google Apps users now use the powerful project management and collaboration capabilities of ZilicusPM. With the integration of ZilicusPM with Google Apps, user gets a smooth and integrated experience of using ZilicusPM & Google Apps like Google Calendar, Google Docs and Single Sign-On.

Google Calendar

Google Apps users can now view their Google Calendar in ZilicusPM. ZilicusPM provides a combined view where user can look at events from multiple calendars. The calendar can show updated events in real time.

Google Docs

Users can import Google Docs to ZilicusPM. They can browse through existing Google Docs available for his/her account and link those documents to a given project. These documents are shared with the team. The documents imported to confidential folder can be have exclusive access to project manager. Additionally, users can upload new documents from local drive or network drive to Google Documents using ZilicusPM as project files.As a project team member, you can browse through your Google Drive folders, search for desired Google Document and if selected, you can link it to projects in ZilicusPM.

Add Google Apps Users

Your Google Apps Administrator can add users from your domain very easily & quicky. Additionally, he can assign roles & designation to these users while importing users to Zilicus.

Single Sign-On

Zilicus allows users to use Single Sign-On so that users can use their Google Apps credentials to login to Zilicus. Users can create project, add tasks, add documents, manage projects without leaving Google Apps account.
